Suitable for either remote or urban settings, we’ve developed a modular small house design for beautiful spaces. It could be a minor dwelling, bach, sleepout, office, collection of ‘pods’, or a retreat in nature. Spaces from 24 square metres in size are completed in a factory, delivered to your site and connected to a simple pile system. We guide you in refining the design based on your requirements and the features of the site. We resolve foundations, services and council consents. We also design and collaborate with other artisans to make furniture and various home objects. Our emphasis is on creating soulful spaces that let you reconnect with both your environment and yourself.
